Account View
Account View is our secure online portal where you have insight into your portfolios, positions, transactions and statements. Additionally, you can download and print any documents from home. You can access your account and view your documents anytime with Account View. If you have never logged in to Account View, we can send you an email link to sign up.
Account View - Client Guide
Creating an Account View Profile
To create an Account View profile, complete the following steps:
- From the Account View home page (you can find it in the top right corner of our webpage, click on Client Login), choose Sign Up within the New? Sign up for Account View! section.
- Enter your email address, mobile phone number & last four digits of SSN. These must match what we have on file for you.
- Choose Find Me to be located in the system.
- When the user is found, the website prompts you to create a password. The username is autogenerated based on your email address provided.
- Once prompted, accept the terms and conditions and choose a multi-factor authentication method. A one-time passcode is called or texted to your device.
- Once multi-factor authentication is fulfilled, you are redirected to the Account View Login page and can log in.
Logging into Account View
Clients access Account View from their mobile or desktop browser. After completing the activation process, clients can download the LPL Account View app form the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
To log into Account View, complete the following steps:
- From the Account View homepage, enter your username (your full email address is your username) and choose Next.
- Once prompted, enter your password.
- To keep your account secure, you will receive a multi-factor authentication after entering your password.
Forgotten usernames can be recovered by choosing Trouble Logging In? on the Account View home page.
Resetting Password
To reset your Account View password, complete the following steps:
- From the Account View home page, enter your username and choose Next.
- Once prompted, enter the last four digits of you SSN.
- After the system verifies that the information matched, you are prompted to send a one-time passcode to the phone number on file for verification.
- Once verified, you can reset your passcode.
